What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a fact, date or link on a page looks wrong, send the page URL and what you found, ideally with a source. Corrections are the most useful email we get.
- Questions about a guide. We can’t give personal financial advice, but if a step in a guide is unclear, we’ll try to explain it or improve the page.
- Press and research. We’re happy to talk about how we collect and verify Pi market data.
What we can’t help with
We don’t hold funds or accounts, so we can’t recover a lost Pi Wallet passphrase, reverse a transfer, unlock a locked balance or help with a KYC decision. Those go through the Pi app’s official help or the support team of the exchange you used. And please be careful: nobody from picoin.today will ever DM you first, ask for your passphrase, or ask you to pay a fee to “verify” or “release” Pi. If someone does that in our name, it is a scam.
Response time
We read every message and usually reply within a few working days. Corrections are prioritised.
