About picoin.today

picoin.today is an independent guide to Pi Coin (the PI token of Pi Network). We publish plain-language explainers, exchange comparisons, step-by-step guides and live market data so that people who are curious about Pi can find out where things really stand, without wading through hype or doom.

What this site is, and what it isn’t

We are not the official Pi Network website, and we are not affiliated with the Pi Core Team. The official project site is minepi.com. We don’t run exchanges, wallets or apps, we don’t hold your funds, and nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. If you want a refresher on how we think about that, read our disclaimer.

How we research

Every guide starts from primary sources: the project’s own announcements, exchange announcement pages, regulator websites and public market data such as CoinGecko. When a claim can’t be confirmed from a reliable source, we say so on the page instead of smoothing it over. Time-sensitive facts carry a date, and live numbers come straight from public APIs in your browser, with a clear “unavailable” state if a data source is down. We never show invented or stale numbers as live.

How we keep pages current

Pi moves quickly: listings change, deadlines shift, prices swing. Each guide shows an “updated” date, and we revisit the pages that depend on fast-moving facts first (price context, exchanges, listing status, mainnet and KYC). If you spot something wrong or out of date, tell us at contacts@picoin.today and we’ll check it.

Independence

The site is editorially independent. Some links on the site lead to third-party platforms that you may want to use; all outbound links are marked nofollow, and we try to describe each platform factually, including its limits. Where we mention a platform’s licences or registrations, we link to the regulator’s or the company’s own legal page so you can verify it yourself.

Who writes this

Pages are written and edited by the picoin.today editorial team. We aim for the voice of a careful friend who has read the documentation: direct, specific, and honest about what we don’t know.
